Bootstrap is a popular open-source CSS framework for building responsive and mobile-first websites.Winngoo is a mobile accounting platform for accountants to scan, upload, and manage financial documents like purchase bills, sales invoices, and bank statements with VAT tracking, tailored for UK businesses.
Currently, accountants or accounting firm members can use Winngoo. Future versions may support individual users and multi-company owners.
Download the app, select "Register as Accountant," and fill in personal, company, and VAT information. Once you subscribe to a plan, your account will be activated.
Yes. Winngoo operates on a subscription basis:
  • Monthly : £12
  • Yearly : £288 [Access begins only after successful payment.]
Once your payment is successful, your account is activated, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice and a welcome message. You can then log in and begin uploading bills.
Yes. You can use your camera to scan bills or upload files from the gallery. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and PDF, up to 10MB per file.
You can upload the following:
  • Purchases
  • Expenses
  • Sales
  • Bank Statements
  • Lottery & Oyster (transport) documents
The system uses OCR to automatically extract data like invoice number, date, VAT, and amounts. The bill is then stored in your secure user database.
You can view all uploaded bills. Editing is currently not available but planned for future updates. Admins handle corrections if extraction fails.
Don’t worry—our admin team will identify and handle any missed or incorrect extractions from your uploaded documents in the backend.
Yes. Go to Subscription Management in your dashboard to see:
  • Your current plan
  • Renewal options
  • Payment history
  • Expiry and next billing dates
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. Enter your registered email, and you’ll receive a secure link to reset your password.
Yes. If an admin creates your account, you'll receive login details via email or WhatsApp. Upon first login, you must complete the subscription payment to access the app fully.
Yes. The app uses AES-256 encryption for storage and TLS encryption for transmission, ensuring all your financial data is secure and GDPR-compliant.
